Thomas was in a room, full with instruments, he closed the door, not wanting anyone to get in nor hear his song, but probably some people who would hear him. He picked up the guitar and started playing with it, of course he was better with singing, then playing guitar, he was still learning from private lessons. He kept playing, all that probably was missing was the drums but he didn't care much as his voice started, he was singing, he also seemed sad. "Today I walked down our old street. Past the diner where we'd meet. His fingers were just playing automatically without him even looking where he was touching. He got used to it a little. "Now I dine alone.. in our old seats A small pause was there, only the guitar could be heard. "The cold wind blows right through my bones. And I feel like I'm getting old But I wish I was getting old with you The voice stopped, guitar playing, his voice just reflected his inner sadness when he sang, the ghost of his mother was also there, listening, crying, he thought she was the only one hearing the song but he was wrong. He was still playing the guitar, soon his voice could be heard again. "I held your hand while we took shelter from the rain, she laughed as we picked out our children's names. White sparrows fell from heaven and carried her away. Black arrows cut the strings of my heart, I kneel and pray. The voice stopped again as only the guitar could be heard. Thomas had tears, falling down from his cheek, his mom was crying like a hysterical ghost, all she wanted was her families happiness. Thomas voice resumed again. "Her clothes hang in the closet still, the phone sits on the windowsill and everytime it rings it gives me chills His voice stopped for a second, as the tears were still rolling down his cheeks. "My heart just stopped when I was told Doctor, doctor, on the phone Said my love was never coming home. The guitar could be heard once again as it was a small pause but his voice started up again, it seemed shaky at times, or saddened but he still had a great voice. "I hold your casket gently walking to the grave Dark clouds eclipse the sun won't shine again. White sparrows fell from heaven and carried her away, Black arrows cut the strings of my heart, I kneel and pray. They gave her one more day To say the words I couldn't say, I'm crying in pain, crying in pain." The voice stopped again, the tears, dropping a lot more then before, Thomas's eyes completely red. He kept playing the guitar, handling it very well for someone who is still following his lessons for guitar. " "And I'm not looking for answers No, I'm not looking for answers But dear God, why did you choose herrrrr? White sparrows fell from heaven and carried her away Black arrows cut the strings of my heart, I kneel and pray. They gave her one more day To say the words I couldn't say. I'm crying in pain, crying in pain, Our love will remain, I'm crying in pain" Thomas just got on his knees, hands on his face as he couldn't control it, he was crying, which was a weird sight, a football player, actually crying.(Here is the link for song haha. www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXWn-SCEA4Q )

Becky was at the community college, looking for her sister. Jacquie had said in the text that she would be taking a math test and then she would be done for the day. The two of them were supposed to go shopping for their mother's birthday present together. Greg, Liz, and Brad all already had a present for her. Jacquie and Becky were the two kids without a present yet so they had decided to go shopping this afternoon, as their mother's birthday was next week.
The community college was huge and she was getting lost trying to find the specific room her sister had said she would be in. She shouldered open another door, but instead of looking at a row of desks with a blackboard full of complicated math like she was hoping to, she was looking at a sobbing boy whose face she couldn't quite see. Embarrassed at having walked in on him, she tried to back out quietly.

"Honey, someone's here.." Thomas heard from the ghost of his mom, his hands were away from his face as he looked at Becky, wondering what the hell she was doing here, he just sighed trying to keep calm, he wiped his tears away. Becky was one of the girls who probably knew the pain he was going through with the death of Serina. It has been 4 months and he hasn't quite recovered yet though he kept his sadness hidden, the best he could. He just shrugged it off and looked at Becky. "What you up too Becky?" Thomas said, his voice was calm, to irritation nor angry, instead he was just curious.

When Becky saw that it was Thomas, concern floated through her eyes. She didn't know Sirena too well, but she did know that Thomas had really liked her...maybe even loved her, and now she was dead. "Sorry...I didn't mean to barge in on you...I'm looking for my sister." Becky had one hand on the doorknob, turning it idly as she tried not to look at him because if she did she would start crying too. "Why are you here?" She didn't mean to ask such a rude question, but it was a legitimate one. He was a senior at Saint James High, and yet he was hanging out in the lounge of a dorm building at Saint James Community College.

Thomas just listened to her carefully, he didn't find it rude when she asked what he was doing here. He just sighed calmly as the ghost disappeared, anyways he was sure Becky couldn't see his mom. "Just.. came here to sing.. I do that all the time, good place, since it's rare for people to hear you.." Thomas said, wiping his tears off again, looking away calmly, wondering what to do, for a first he just got up. "Your boyfriend, usually comes here for hiding or drawing stuff.. sometimes he is the only one hearing me sing, I believe."

Becky stopped fiddling with the doorknob. "Liam comes here to hide? I thought he was getting over his shyness." It was true, at least lately, that she had noticed Liam becomming less of a nerd and less shy. She didn't like to brag, but she was pretty sure she had something to do with that.
"Well, anyways" she pressed on. "Since you come here a lot, do you know where the math building is? I know I should, since I've had two siblings go here but I get lost anyways." She heaved a frustrated sigh.

"Oh no, he used to hide here when he was getting picked on, otherwise his nerdyness, kinda disappeared and some people like him more then before, just to afraid to show it. Nice kid though.." Thomas said, as he looked at her calmly, he nodded. "Yes they are still doing the test I believe, your sister.. not sure if I know her, but usually a bunch of college people come here when they are done, she might do the same but I'll show ya the way.. just give me some minutes." Thomas said, still wiping off some of the tears, it was an unusual sight. Soon enough Liam also arrived here, usually to listen to Thomas sing, he looked at Becky confused.
"Heh what brings you here." Liam said, though he smiled as he kissed her cheek softly, he knew the answer already since he knew it was her mom's birthday or something, if he remembered correctly.

"It's fine, you don't have to show me. I can text her in a little bit" she began, but was interrupted by Liam's arrival. "Hey you...Thomas tells me that you would hide here, is that true?" Realizing she hadn't answered his question, she added dismissively, "Oh, I'm looking for Jacquie. We're going shopping. You're welcome to come with us...both of you." She looked from Thomas to Liam and took one of his hands in hers.

Thomas just smiled, seeing those two together, did make him happy and sad at the same time, he couldn't shake Serina off his head for some reason. He just sighed calmly. "Sure I'll come got nothing else to do."
"I used to hide here." Liam said, he wasn't annoyed, he was pretty much happy being here with her. They might even learn a bit of Thomas.

She chuckled, poking him in the side. "Oh, you used to hide here, huh...but you don't anymore..." Her expression became serious. "Right? You'd tell me if someone was making fun of you at school, right?" She glanced towards Thomas briefly while waiting for an answer and smiled.

"I will no worries." Liam said, smiling as he kissed one of her sensitive spot just to tease her.
Thomas just smiled calmly, remembering the good old days he had with Serina, he sighed calmly though, being sad at the same time, though he shook that thought away and kept his sincere smile. "Come on you two, this is my place for singing, I don't want to have to clean it if you two get to do, some naughty stuff in here." Thomas said, jokingly of course.

Becky gasped as Liam kissed her just behind the ear. "No fair" she whispered, helpless as she felt his tongue on her skin. "You know that's my weak spot." She heard Thomas speak and giggled. "You mean like this?" She grabbed the front of Liam's shirt and pushed him onto a nearby table onto his back, straddling him with a broad grin. She wasn't planning on going any further but it was fun to mess with guys.

Thomas wasn't expecting to see that, not only that but Liam didn't seem so shy about it as the kisses just continued, though it made Thomas feel a bit uncomfortable remembering those days passed with Serina, he just shook his head. "Unpredictable, just like when you catch a ball." Thomas just said, managing a smile, he looked at his watch. "Text your sis, I think the test should be finished."

Becky was enjoying herself. She kissed Liam once more before climbing off of him and pulling out her phone. She texted her sister and put her phone on a nearby couch arm, waiting for it to vibrate. While she waited she helped Liam off the couch. "You liked that, didn't you" she whispered, giggling. "I just had to pay you back for the ear thing." She looked to Thomas briefly. "Sorry" she added, her expression softening. "I know you miss her."

Liam just stood there on the couch till he get helped out by Becky, of course he enjoyed it, though he soon looked at Thomas, not sure about what was happening, who did he miss, he never saw Thomas with a girlfriend, nor did he really see him approach a girl to ask her out.
Thomas just looked away, feeling a bit guilty for stopping them in their fun, he sighed calmly, nodding carefully "It's...It's okay.."
"No it's not.." A female voice said, Thomas recognized his mom's voice though he hoped she wasn't trying to talk to those two by speaking in their mind.
"Stop it Ma." Thomas muttered, hopefully they didn't hear that.
