Jason walked out onto the quad after school. It was a nice warmer day. He was pretty glad it was Friday, that meant there was football tonight and girls to see. Sighing he looked back at the school as kids were leaving. He was pretty tired today, he had four tests today and they were in his hardest classes. Granted he did well in all his subjects he still found classes hard. He sat in the grass under the shade of a large oak tree. He was suppose to head home right after school which he would usually do but he wasnt in the mood to handle his parents right now. He looked around again and saw that there werent as many kids here anymore. He smiled as the sun drenched him in warmth.

"Hang on a second, Holly, I'll be right there." Jessie waved her friend/teammate on. "Tell Gibson I'm on my way." Jessie had forgotten a second water bottle and she needed one for the rigorous practices they had. Well, one of the best teams in Michigan needed to have those kinds of practices, to be fair. Which is why she never complained about them. She liked being on top. Anyways, her mother was bringing her another water bottle and a snack so she was on her way to the parking lot when she saw a kid under a tree. "Uh...hi...you do know you can go home now right?"

Jason looked up at the girl looking a little taken aback, "um yes I do know that" he says ice running in his tone slightly. "I was sitting here because I didnt feel like heading back home to where my parents would pound me with questions...Is that a problem?" he asks irritated. For some odd reason he just snaped, usually he was pretty level headed.

Jessie raised an eyebrow. "No, no problem with that persay...just with your attitude. What's wrong with you anyways? It was a simple question. No need to bite my head off. Geez." She turned on her heel to stalk off and wait for her mom elsewhere.

Jason looked after her and then sighed he stood up and followed after, "I am sorry, its just the way you asked it struck a nerve please accept my apology" he says smiling ever so slightly. He hated being mean and what he had said had been un called for.
