Maggie took his hands in hers, ignoring the stab of pain that shot through the bandaged one. "We were attacked...why did you come after me? I was fine, really. Anyways...we were brought here and some guy named Verloren did something to the burn marks on your body. I don't really know what else happened" she lied smoothly, perching on the edge of his cot.

"S..Sammi..ca...called...m..me. And..t....t..told...m..me..t...t..th...tha....s....sh....she...h...ha...had...a..b..ba...bad...f....feel....feeling...a....bout... a....hi....hit....man..." Liam just said, feeling lot of pain just trying to talk. However when Liam heard the door opening he just tried looking at the people coming in, he could see Marcus getting close and another dude he didn't know.
Verloren just looked, as Liam seemed awake, it didn't seem a good thing to question the boy, he just looked at Amber though about to say something, but seeing the state she was in, he would avoid asking her questions. "Go get the doctor.. and grab yourself something to eat, you don't look really good." Verloren looked at her, and then at Maggie, the girl should try getting on the bed instead of being up and near Liam.

Amber and Sammi got up and left.
Maggie saw Verloren looking at her and she looked calmly back at him. "What?"

"Go back to your bed Maggie, you should be resting." Verloren said, as he looked at her calmly, maybe he could ask her a couple of questions but he didn't want to do that. V sat on a chair, observing Liam and Maggie.

Maggie shook her head defiantly, becomming a little dizzy from the last of the concussion she was fighting. "I don't need to rest. I'm fine."
Amber and Sammi returned with some food and Doctor Riley. "We got the doctor for you" Sammi announced, going back to her chair in the corner.
Marcus pulled Amber aside gently and began talking to her in low tones between kisses.

"Of course you do Maggie, just get on bed. Verloren said, as Sammi arrived, he nodded carefully and looked at the doctor. "Liam opened his eyes. Verloren just looked at Amber and Marcus, his palm on his face, why would couples do that here. Verloren just shook his head and looked at the doctor again. "Is it alright.. if I question Liam... when he feels better of course... and huh how long will it take him to leave the hospital, I know Maggie might leave early, but Liam... not sure about it, with those burnt marks. "
Liam was a bit annoyed at that, though it might be true, he just sighed, ignoring the pain a bit. "I....I....I'm...f...fine."

"I'm not getting on my bed." It was a statement. She left little room to argue in it. "I'm fine. I'm here all the time. Ask Doctor Riley." She took her hands from Liam's and crossed her arms.
Doctor Riley shook her head with an amused smile, checking Maggie's charts at the same time. "Maggie is one of the people I see the most here. She's a quick healer."

"No doubt about that, with that attitude, you probably wished she visits you.. without any injuries." Verloren just said, looking at Maggie and then at Liam, he then looked at the two other girls, whispering to the doctor now. "Id be worrying for them, being your two new patients.. in the future, if we don't track the killer." V was wondering how they could track him, Pyro people didn't really seem to leave any finger trails when their bodies were heated.

Both Maggie and Doctor Riley raised an eyebrow at that comment but made no comment of their own. Maggie merely stared straight ahead stonily and Doctor Riley went back to checking the two charts.
Doctor Riley circled something on Liam's chart and put it down. "I can't make them tell me anything they don't want to."

"What about you Maggie.. anything weird about the guy... dark humor? Insanity?" Verloren just said, as he looked at Maggie and then the doctor, he just shook his head calmly. This was bad, real bad, V kept looking at her then turned his attention to the doctor. "Did the hospital have.. any cases similar.. to the one Liam had?" Verloren just asked, he looked toward the window, making sure everything was safe, he opened the door and looked around, everything seemed okay, he closed it again. V didn't seem to like the situation.
"H...h....he..w...w..wore..a...a...m...mask..." Liam just said, coughing after a while, a small amount of blood came out because it was hurting the interior of his throat.

Doctor Riley frowned in thought. "I don't think so. But you'd have to ask the chief."
When Liam tried to talk, both Maggie and Doctor Riley said, "Stop talking" at the same time; Dortor Riley kindly, Maggie sternly. Then Maggie turned to Verloren. "He was definitely wearing a mask. And he laughed a lot. Insanely."

"I see.. hmm that's not normal... either he was in an asylum. Do you know if the guy killed his parents?" Verloren just asked, like if it was a normal question to ask, he would just have to find that article again and try to find a name but this was quite hard then expected, article about that has been wiped clean.
Liam just looked at the doctor and Maggie when they told him off, he listened to what Verloren said, this killer might not be normal. Liam opened his mouth about to say something until someone's hand stopped him from talking. Liam didn't know if it was Maggie or the doc since he wasn't looking toward them, just some small sounds came from his mouth but he couldn't say anything because of the hand.

"He did say something about his parents not being alive...I guess I assumed he killed them, but I don't really know. I-" Maggie stopped talking abruptly when she noticed Liam preparing to speak again. She placed her non-bandaged hand over his mouth. "What part of no-talking do you not understand" she asked crossly. "And don't answer that." She waited for the space of a heartbeat before removing her hand.

"I see... it might be the guy, we might be able to find him... but the little bastard might have wiped and cleaned that article, no name of the son not even an image, if we could at least find a name.." Verloren said, but even his skills in computer, weren't as high as that, hacking into it would be difficult, and he didn't seem to love the idea of hacking into the FBI computers to try and find something.
Liam tried to say something but he still had the hand on his mouth so all the others could hear was just a mmmmmm. Soon he just stopped saying anything.
Verloren just looked around and sighed again. "If only we knew where to look at.. the place full of poor people... the middle.. or the rich place.."

Doctor Riley made a few last marks on Maggie's chart and then stood up. "Ok, kiddo, you are free to leave whenever you want as long as you promise to come back in two days so I can check you over again."
Maggie nodded eagerly. "I promise. And now that I'm officially discharged..." She marched over to where Amber and Marcus were talking and grabbed Amber's arm. She dragged her back to Liam's bed and stood there with a firm grip on her upper arm. "What the hell did you do, Mills?"
