History:

Lily was born to Steph Carter and Matthew Evans. Her father was in graduate law school and her mother had just graduated high school when they met at a keg party at the local college. A little more than nine months later, Lily arrived. Being the gentlemen he was raised to be, Matthew married Steph and promised her a good life. He had already finished two semesters of law school. But Steph was never the kind of girl that could settle down. She was antsy, unsatisfied, and couldn't hold a relationship for her life. Matthew really wasn't surprised when Steph took off after Lily's fifth birthday. He was more surprised that she had managed to stick around for so long. He tracked her down merely to sign the papers giving him full custody of their daughter, and for her john hancock on their divorce papers. Within months it was finalized and Steph was out of their life. Hailey, Matthew's older sister, stepped in to help raise Lily. She had a son of her own who quickly became Lily's best friend and confidant. But when Cody moved away to college nearly across the country, Lily wasn't herself. She rebelled in almost any way she could for about a year. Cody came home that summer and straightened her out before heading off to school again. Now Lily was in her senior year and just trying to finish it up so she could get the hell out of Saint James High. She adores her family and has a healthy relationship with her father.

Sample roleplay:

Grace walked down the hallway after class, her bag slung over her right shoulder. Her hair was pulled back into a low messy bun and her uniform tie was loose. It was just after the last class of the day and she had nothing to do until dinner at least. She wasn't sure if Jason was busy or not but she didn't want him to feel like she was overcrowding him so she went for a walk instead.

Dodging a group of students, Grace found a quiet spot at the end of the hall and sat down, her back to the wall. She crossed her legs in front of her, smoothing out her skirt. She had nothing to do and no plans with friends. She sighed, pulling a book out of her bag. Might as well do some homework she muttered to herself.
