Justin was new to the school sure where anything was or how the running of the school went. being a sophmore he was stuck in the middle. He was not a freshmen so he didnt have to worry about freshmen friday but he was not a running class of the school either. He got nachos and made his way between long white tables. The crowds of kids around his age laughed and talked loudly and he could not help thinking that it could be about him. The tables were mainly filled till he found a table toward the back near a window that was empty. His lucky day or a trap, at this point he didnt care and sat down. pulling out a bottle of dr pepper from his bag.

Kimberly hated that Kyle was always sitting by himself at lunch. They'd only been at Saint James for a few weeks but he didn't even try to sit with his soccer buddies and she knew that they all got along. Kyle was just so shy and she didn't want her brother to be friendless. So instead of sitting with her new friends she was going to sit with Kyle today whether he liked it or not and talk him into making more friends. After grabbing a sandwich, a bag of chips, and a drink Kimberly made her way to the opposite side of the caf. It wasn't until she was at the table that she realized there was somebody else sitting there. Oh, hey, do you mind if I sit? she asked, her southern drawl so apparent. |

Justin had just swollowed down a chip when he noticed a girl walking this way. She was hot, he opened his drink with a tshh and took a drink. A kick of flavor hit his taste buddies and down his throat. When she walked up to his table, or perhaps her usual table for all he knew. Thats when she ask to sit. I smiled toward her and closed the cap and noded. "Of course you can. Its a free table." She had seemed to be looking for something. "Im new but is there something i can help you with?"

Of course you can, it's a free table The boy answered with a nod. I'm new but is theres something I can help you with? He asked her. Kimberly sat down across from him, raising her eyebrow a bit. "Do I really look like I need help?" she said with a little giggle. "Naw, I'm just looking for my brother. Did you say you were new? We are too" she said. She knew that was probably pretty obvious with her thick southern accent but she said it anyways. She glanced around again for Kyle. Where was that boy? |

Wow, ' do i look like i need help' Justin could not help but feel upset. That sounded rude but he shrugged it off. Not every girl could like him. "Yeah, just got here two days ago, its my first day." Justin drank down the last of his soda and then placed it on the table. He looked around at the other tables, the people looked too ingrossed in there conversations to look over so he put a napkin into the bottle. "Want to see something cool? Its like magic." He looked at the napkin, till poof, it bursted to flames, he let it burn and then placed the cap on. he loss of oxygen made it go out.

Kimberly nodded, luckily on her first day she had met Maggie who had helped her out a little with finding her classes and such. Kimberly was just taking a bite of her sandwich when Justin asked if she wanted to see something cool. She nodded, "Sure, why not?" she said after she'd swallowed. She was taking a sip of her soda while Justin put a napkin in his drink bottle. All of a sudden it was on fire and Kimberly almost choked on her soda. "How the hell did you do that?" she asked, putting her drink down on the table. |

"I dont know," Justin explained, he decided easiest way to tell was the story on how he found out. "On my 13th birthday no one showed up to my party. Four hours i sat around and nothing. I was looking at this empty cup on the table and i remember being really frustrated. Next thing i know it burst into flames and my mom starts freaking out. I thought it was cool. Ever since then I have been trying new ways to extended that ability." Justin looked around and a couple kids saw, then staired at him and he gave a nasty look. Most turned away. He looked back at kimberly, "I think its cool, some think im a freak."
