"Nice to meet you, Liam." Faye saw that he was about to shake her hand, so she reached out to do the same. "I'll go get your hot chocolate, along with a muffin."
She turned and went back to the counter, filled a mug with hot chocolate and put a muffin on a small plate. After she brought the mug and plate back to the table, she set it down. "Whenever you're ready, just come up to the counter and pay. No rush."

Jaye bounced back through the doors to The Pub with Morrigan in her hands. She brought Morrigan over to the arch and deposited her on The First Page side and then made a bee-line to her coffee mug that Faye had prepared. "Thank you thank you thank you," she cooed over the cup.

"Sure sure," Jaye nodded and shuffled her way back into The First Page to open for the day. And change out of her pajamas. But not in that order.

"Thanks." He just said, concentrating on the application she gave him like if it was an exam, he started writing his qualities, what kind of jobs he did in the past. He knew how to make coffee but realized it would be better if he was like some kind of Janitor, cleaning the place and the plates and such. He took a sip of his hot chocolate and kinda burned his tongue a little. "Hot...hot..hot." He just said, touching his tongue, he then concentrated on the application, taking a bite from the muffin, the taste was just so perfect that he couldn't stop himself from making a loud hmmmmm.

Jack yawned as he walked into The Pub. He was running a little late, and only had time for a quick stop. He made a bee-line for his girlfriend at the counter and gave her a kiss on the cheek while holding out his mug. "Hey, good morning. Coffee please?"

"Hey, stranger." Faye smiled brightly at Jack. She took the mug from his hands and filled it with coffee. "Are you going to stop by after work?"
She quickly turned around and grabbed a small paper bag. Inside the bag went two of the fresh scones, then Faye handed the bag to her boyfriend. "There, because I know you skipped breakfast. You're late, aren't you? Otherwise you would have time to sit and drink your coffee."
Jack had a habit of forgetting to eat before work in the morning, especially when he was late.

Jaye's head popped back through the arch separating the two shops. "Did I hear Jack come in?" she asked, looking until she found the suspect in question.
"Hey handsome!" she called. "Would you mind making me another bookcase sometime to match that other one?"

"Yeah, I'll stop by. Work's been crazy lately, I've barely seen you." Jack said as he took the bag of scones and his coffee mug. He had been so busy lately, since it was summer. Everyone wanted to get some landscaping done in the summer, it seemed. But he had the next few days off, so he could spend a little more time with his girlfriend of six months. He grinned at Faye. The girl knew him well. "You're right, I did skip breakfast. Smart Irish girl."
He turned around at the sound of Jaye's voice. "Hey, gorgeous! Sure, when do you need it? I can have it done by next weekend."
Jack leaned over the counter to give Faye a quick kiss. "See you later, love. I've got to run."

"Whenever you have the time," Jaye called, figuring Jack was probably late for work and not wanting to keep him any longer. But she couldn't resist the "Aww, how cute!" comment as he leaned over the counter to kiss Faye.

Faye returned the kiss quickly, then turned to glare at her friend. "Hush, you." However, she knew the glare wasn't that affective with the blush on her face. She quickly looked back at her boyfriend, amking a shooing motion with her hands. "Get going, or you'll be really late! See you later."

Liam just finished the application, his muffin and his hot chocolate. He brought the application to Faye and went back to the table, taking the plate and mug back and putting them on the counter, he just looked at her. "So hum huh.. how much is it?" He said, as he took some cash out from his wallet.

Faye turned to face Liam. "Thanks, I'll look the application over. If I ever need a hand, I'll give you a call. A hot chocolate and a muffin, right? That will be $4.65."
